  3. Soak the basmati rice for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Now take a vessel/pan and add ghee to it..
  5. Heat it.
  6. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
  7. Add all the spices to the oil and heat it for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Now add the soaked rice to it.
  9. Mix it well
  10. Now add 2 cups of water into the rice.
  11. Cook it for about 3-4minutes.
  12. You can garnish it with coriander leaves, mint leaves and fried onions.
  13. Serve it hot.
