- In a pot Add oil and onions.fry until golden brown.Now add Cumin,star anise,blackpepper,cloves,cardamom, Cinnamon stick & bay leaves Saute until fragrant.
- Then add Ginger Garlic paste & green chillies paste.Saute for 5min then Add yoghurt,salt & Chicken Cube. add Chickpeas and Mix well.
- Finally add soaked rice and water(4cups).Cook until water dries up
