- Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato paste to it and all the dry masala

- When the masala starts leaving oil add these potatoes and fry for few seconds and then add at least 2 glass of water add salt and paneer and cook on high flame for few minutes and then off the gas the close it with lid for 5 minutes and before serving add chopped cilantro and serve it hot with puri
- For puri
- Mix flour ajwain salt and oil and rub it to have a crumble texture then mix is with sufficient water and make a smooth dough
- Heat oil in deep pan
- Divide the flour in small equal portion and then roll them in puri and fry them till golden from both the sides and serve it hot with prepared Aloo jhol
