Chilli Parotta is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Chilli Parotta is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

The ingredients needed to make Chilli Parotta:
  1. Get Parottas chopped (leftovers) - 3 nos
  2. Get Oil for frying
  3. Get Cube cut onions - 1 medium onion
  4. Take Green bell pepper; chopped into cubes - 1/2 pepper
  5. Get as needed Salt
  6. Take Chilli sauce - 1 tblsp
  7. Get Tomato sauce - 2 tblsp
  8. Get 2 tsp Soy sauce -
  9. Get 1/4 cup Hot Water -
  10. Prepare Chopped cilantro - few
  11. Get 2 tsp Garam masala -
  12. Take 1 tsp Coriander powder -
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder -
  14. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds -
  15. Make ready Garlic deskinned and diced - 2 nos
  16. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste -
  17. Take 1 Green chilli slit lengthwise -
  18. Get as needed Spring onion -

Flacky parotta pieces along with egg makes a delicious meal. If you have parottas in hand, this is easy to prepare. This Chilli Parotta Recipe is nothing but regular parotta's teared into bite sized pieces and tempered with onion, capsicum and sauted in sauces. Actually in restaurants, the parotta's are dipped in batter and deep fried in oil till crispy.

Steps to make Chilli Parotta:
  1. Chop the leftover Parottas into cubes. Fry them in oil and let them dry on tissues to bloat excess oil.
  2. In a sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the cumin seeds and garlic. When it turns a golden brown, add in onions and ginger garlic paste. Let it turn slight brown. Then add in the bell peppers.
  3. Once they have been crisped, add in coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder, salt, garam masala and salt. Mix them well in low flame until the flavors are extracted.
  4. Add in chilli sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix them well together. Add in hot water to about 1/4 cup and let all of them boil well together for about 3 minutes.
  5. Toss in the fried parotta pieces and mix them well with the gravy. Cover the pan and let it heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Switch the flame off, add in chopped cilantro and spring onions. Toss and serve hot.

This simply, delicious and spicy Chilli Parotta is made using capsicum, parotta pieces are coated with a batter and deep-fried until crispy.
