  3. Now take a pan, add one teaspoon mustard oil, then add garlic in the oil and fry them for 2minutes, then add onion paste and cook for 2mins, then add tomato paste. After two minutes add mustard paste which we have keep aside.
  4. Now fry the whole paste until oil floats on the top. then add half teaspoon water and let it boil.
  5. Then add the fish in the gravy and let it boil with a lid.turn once and boil it for few more minutes. Once the gravy thickens switch off the flame and it's ready to serve.

Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Coat each of the fillets with the honey-mustard mixture lightly.
