  3. Knead for a few minutes and transfer the dough to a lightly dusted surface and knead for about 7 minutes.
  4. Leave the dough to rest in an oiled bowl, cover with a cling film for about an hour to rise.
  5. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Dust your surface and roll out the dough. Apply butter on the top surface then spread the cinnamon-brown sugar mixture on top
  6. Fold starting from the longer side of your dough.
  7. Cut the dough in equal sizes using a knife and arrange the rolls in a baking tin or baking tray.
  8. Let them rest for about 35 minutes. They will have increased in volume.
  9. Brush the top with butter and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
  10. For the glaze mix melted butter with icing sugar add milk to lighten the consistency and pour over the rolls while still warm. Enjoy

When you're finished, you'll wind up with one long buttery, cinnamony, sugary, gooey log. Punch down the dough after the first rise. Place the cinnamon roll dough in a large bowl and tightly cover it with plastic wrap and a tea towel or with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
