- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, butter and add warm milk gradually until a soft dough is form. Cover and allow to rise for an hour or until double in size. Roll out on a floured surface, mix butter, cinnamon and brown sugar, apply the mixture on the dough and roll the dough like mat. Cut the rolled dough like pin wheels and arrange in a grease baking pan/dish. Cover and allow to rise again, bake in preheated oven.
- When done, take it out allow it to cool then pour your desired filling/topping, I used melted white chocolate.

For best results, choose one of the following two methods. OVERNIGHT INSTRUCTIONS: After you've rolled and cut your cinnamon rolls and placed them into your lightly greased baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and place in your refrigerator. The next day, remove them from the fridge and allow them to come to room. Place in a greased round pan and get ready to rise. Remember, this is the only rise time for the rolls.
