Kickin' Cacao Chia Pudding Pudding for breakfast? Healthy indulgences are the best kind! In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vanilla, agave, and cacao powder until well combined.

Kickin' Cacao Chia Pudding is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. Kickin' Cacao Chia Pudding is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have kickin' cacao chia pudding using 7 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Kickin' Cacao Chia Pudding:
  1. Make ready almond milk (or alt milk of choice)
  2. Prepare cacao powder
  3. Get chia seeds, ground
  4. Get Coconut Palm sugar (or choice of sweetener, to taste)
  5. Get "pumpkin spice" (see below for mix)
  6. Make ready sea salt
  7. Get Sprinkle of pecans (optional)

Transfer into a blender or food processor and add the cacao powder, the flesh of the avocado and the sweetener. Process to get a creamy texture. Serve cold, optionally with low carb fruit. Talk about feel good food for dieting!

Steps to make Kickin' Cacao Chia Pudding:
  1. You can leave your chia seeds whole, if you want a more "tapioca" type texture, but since this is "chocolate" pudding, I grind the chia seeds first. Sadly, I could not get them to grind at all with my granite mortar and pestle (like I do flax), so I use the flat blade of my MagicBullet. A clean electric coffee grinder or any flat blade processor could also be used.
  2. Blend all ingredients together (I use regular blade on MB for this), then pour into small glass jars or serving bowls. I make 2-3 servings with this recipe.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add pecan pieces, if desired. Then enjoy the creamy, chocolatey, healthy goodness!
  4. "Pumpkin spice" is: 4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp allspice, all ground (of course!)

But sometimes, I love adding cocoa powder to turn this healthy snack into a dessert. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener of your choice, vanilla if using, and salt. Number one: while whole chia seeds are digestible, soaking them overnight causes them to form a gel that adds a delightful texture to chia pudding (kind of like tapioca or rice pudding, only with way fewer carbs). The dates add a rich and natural sweetness, combined with the decadence of cocoa powder. In other words, you get to indulge with absolutely no guilt.
