Fresh or dried fenugreek leaves are added to a mixture of whole meal chapatti flour, chickpea flour and spices, kneaded to make the dough with water, rolled thin and then pan fried in a griddle until golden brown. Take wheat flour, gram flour, fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well. Roast cumin seeds in a small non-stick pan and add to the mixture and mix well.

- Take curd in a bowl and add jaggery in it.Keep it for 10 minutes to dissolve jaggery in curd. Mix it well. Add this mixture into the flour.
- Add red chili powder, turmeric and coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste and seasome seeds. Mix it well.
