- Then take big bowl put grind beetroot, corn seeds then add 1 mash potato, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and put all dry ingredients in it lemon juice and 4 to 5 spoon semolina also and mix all ingredients.
- Then take some batter on hand give any shape of your choice and take semolina in a plate and coat the cutlet in semolina.In these way make all corn beetroot cutlet and put in refrigerator for 10 to 15 min.
- After 10 to 15 min remove the cutlet from ref.and dip fry it.And corn beetrrot cutlet are ready and serve it with tomato ketchup.
Beet root, carrot and corn is used with bread slices and a bowl of thick Beaten rice. Dip cutlet in cornflour mix to coat all sides and then coat it with bread crumbs well, Repeat same for rest of the cutlets.
