- Mix 1 cup Dahi and 1 glass water gradually
- In a pot heat 1 tbsp oil add curry patta zeera ginger garlic paste red chilli powder Haldi salt 2 tbSP water bhonify
- Add besan dahi mixture in it.bring it to boil.put the lid on it cook on slow. Flame untill thick consistency
- Now make pakoray add all pakora ingredients and mix it well with water
- Heat oil in a pan fry pakoras,when it turns crispy golden add in curry
- Now heat oil in a pan for bhaggar add all bhagar ingredients.when it turns colour to golden add this bhaggar on curry ready!!
