  1. Get all ingredients on hand wash, peal & chop beetroots in Julians or simply thin slices

  3. Further in a Kadai add oil set heat on medium flame burner now add ginger garlic chopped then cumin seeds & mustard seeds & curry leaves sauté for three minutes then pop in the beetroot
  4. While u toss them add in all spices & achar powder cook only for 3-4 minutes lastly add sugar sauté for a minute then off the flame burner let the crunch be there & it’s ready. Enjoy it with white rice or chapati or any sandwiches @ home..!

Than I thought of making Beetroot pickle. Actually pickle is not my cup of tea. But once I had tried Cauliflower and Carrot Pickle after searching. BUT this Instant Beetroot Pickle with Jaggery makes me wanna have beets all day every day. You guys, this pickle tastes divine.
