- Phir aap ne chicken broth ko strain kar lain
- Phir pan main ghee or onion dal dain flame medium rakhay phir jub light brown colour a jaein
- Jub colour light brown ho jaein tu ginger garlic paste bhi add kar day jub thora bhone lay tu chicken bhi add kar dain
- Phir jub chicken achay se ho jaein tu is main green chilli kar laga kar add kar dain
- Phir is main nutmeg mace powder ya phir sabat bhi add kar saktey hai
- Phir us main yogurt add karein achi trha is ko bhonnna hain
- 2 se 3 minute tak medium flame per is ko bhonna hai
- Phir bhone jaein tu chicken broth add kar dain or aik glass water bhi add kar dain
- Jub boil a jaein tu is main rice dal kar mix karein phir high flame pe is ko tub tak pakanna hai jub tak rice ka pani dry na jo jaein
- Phir 6 minut ke baad is ka water dry ho jaein tu is ko cover kar ke daam pe rakh dain
- Phir 15 minute ke baad flame off kar dain phir 5 mint ke baad rice ko serving dis main nekal lain or serve karein
