  1. Make ready For Kehwa:
  2. Get Paani(water)
  3. Take Kashmiri tea leaves tbsp
  4. Get Badiyan ka phool (Star anise)
  5. Make ready (Laung) 3-4
  6. Get Elaichi (Cardamon seeds) crushed
  7. Take Namak(Salt) ½ tbsp or to taste
  8. Make ready Baking Soda
  9. Get Thanda pani (chilled water)
  10. Take For Kashmiri Tea:
  11. Prepare Doodh (milk) 2 & ½ cup
  12. Prepare Badam (almonds) crushed
  13. Get Pistay (Pistachio) crushed
  14. Take Cheeni (Sugar) to taste optional
  15. Take Kehwa 4tbsp or as required

  2. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until it reduces to half. Add chilled water and mix well for 8to10 minutes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain and set aside,kehwa is ready and can be refrigerated for up to to 4-5 days.
  4. For Kasmiri tea in a sauce pan add milk,almonds(crushed), pistachios(crushed),sugar(optional) and give it to a good mix. Add kehwa and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Finally pour the tea in a cups,add almonds(crushed),pistachios(crushed). Kashmiri Tea is ready🙂 Happy Cooking👩‍🍳😇
