  1. First of all make yakhni in a pot add half of water of your pot add meat,onion,garlic and all the whole garam masala
  2. When the water reduced half and meat become tender strain out the yakhni in a bowl and separate the meat
  3. Now take a pot add 2 medium sliced onion make it light brown add tomatoes,green chillies,garam masala powder,salt,1 tspn cumin seeds and all the mutton
  4. Cook for 5 minutes,then add 4 cups of yakhni for 3 cups of rice stir it once with light hands
  5. When 1 cup yakhni left sprinkle half tspn of garam masala powder on top and put on dum for 10 minutes in low flame
  6. After 10 minutes take it out serve hot and enjoy with kachoomar salad and raita !
