On boiling add brains and boil for few minutes. Take out brains and de-vein them with hand gently. In a pan, heat oil and add onions and fry them until brown and add tomatoes and fry until they are soft.

- Prepare 2 Tablespoon Onion paste
- Get 1 Teaspoon Ginger paste
- Prepare 2 Tablespoon yogurt
- Prepare 4-5 Fenugreek seed
- Take 1 Onion Brown
- Get 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder1
- Get teaspoon Turmeric powder1/2
- Prepare Salt 1 teaspoon Oil Half cup corianderfor garnish
- Take Oil Half cup
- Take Dill for garnish
- Get corianderfor garnish
Add the remaining ¼ tsp. salt, chili powder, Turmeric (Haldi), Ginger (Adrak) paste, Garlic (Lehsan) paste and yogurt and mix well. Maghaz Fry or brain masala is one of famous recipe in the world. Where ever you go, you will definitely find brain masala and biryani in Pakistani and Indian restaurants. Brain Masala is one of my heart favorite dish that I must order when dine out.
Steps to make Brain Masala:
- After brain boiled Heat oil add Fenugreek seed in it fry until it turns in golden colour in a bowl take onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt togehter add in oil
- Mix well cook for 5 minutes
- Now add yogurt and mix well add Brain in it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes in the end
- Granish with coriander and Dill Serve with chapati.
