- Stir and cook for few minutes.(do not cover).Switch off the flame and let it cool.
- After cooling blend in blender jar.
- Now in a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil.Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder,and garam masala.Stir quickly.Add tomato puree.Stir well.And cook for few minutes.
- Add salt and spinach puree.Mix well. And cook for few minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp cream stir well,add paneer and cook for another few minutes.
- Delicious Palak paneer is ready.
- Note- in a bowl add 1/2 cup warm milk and 1/2 cup warm water.Add paneer cubes in this bowl.To make paneer more softer.
