  13. Get 2 cup Onion and tomato pieces
  14. Get 1 cup Coriander and mint leaves
  15. Make ready 1 cup Dill leaves
  16. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds

If you are not in the mood to prepare a big meal, use vegetable pulav as a one-dish meal with yogurt, pickle, papadam or chutney. Vegetable Pulao is a spicy, aromatic, fluffy rice made using whole spices, vegetables of our choice and rice. This is one of the most liked rice varieties and loved by everyone including children. In this recipe, the whole spices, vegetables and rice are first sautéed in the ghee / cooking oil and cooked till the rice are soft and fluffy.

Instructions to make Vegitable Pulav:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready.Wash and cut all vegitables and leafy vegitables. Grinde cloves, cardamom, Cinnamon, coriander, mint, ginger, garlic to the paste along with water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, season it with cumin seeds put all vegitables, onion, tomato and dill leaves, Saute well till vegitables are soft. Add grinded paste mix well.
  3. Wash the rice, put into the pan, mix well with vegitables, put water and close pan with lid to cook the rice. After rice gets cooked add lemo juice and salt, mix well. Turn off heat. Vegitable pulav is ready.
