Great recipe for Oats Dudhi Muthia. This is a Gujarati snack traditionally made using Dudhi(bottle gourd), Besan/Jowar flour and wheat flour. I have used Oats Flour, Jowar Flour and Wheat flour. You can replace bottle gourd with Meethi(Fenugreek).
