- Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli.
- In a pressure cooker, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds. Add the paste. Saute till the paste is cooked.
- Add chopped tomato. Saute till tomato is cooked.
- Add chopped spinach and dill. Saute till whilted.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, asafoetida. Mix well.
- Add salt as per taste. Add water. Close the lid of the cooker and let it give out 4-5 whistles.
