- Soak moong and head dal overnight.
- Reserve the soaked water and grind both the dal with cumin and coconut. Use soaked water for grinding.

- Heat the dosa pan and put 2 ladle of batter.. spread carrot, onion and coriander leaves before it cooks.
- Once it is done.. flip to the other side.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney
This does not require any type of fermentation hence it gets ready within no time. You have to just grind the soaked moong beans along with some spices to make the batter.
