- Cut Atsu-age into bite-size pieces, place them on aluminum foil, and toast in a toaster for 7 to 10 min. until the surface is crisp but not burned.
- Remove from the toaster, place them in a bowl. Add some grated ginger and pour soy sauce.
- Notes: It's super easy and fast! Makes a great side dish when you want to add one more something to your dinner menu!
Carefully remove wet paper towel, and wrap Tofu with a new paper towel. Put weight on wrapped Tofu to remove water further. While the tofu is frying, whisk together the tamari, coconut sugar, agave nectar, avocado oil, grated ginger, garlic powder, ground pepper and sesame seeds in a large bowl. When the tofu is done frying. place in the bowl with the sauce and toss. Toast the sesame seeds in the pan without oil.
