Instructions to make Potato katchori:
  1. First of all we make dough now take a big bowl take maida add salt Ajwain oil 4spoon mix it well
  2. Then by add some water make dough little bit thick then roti dough.now cover it and keep a side for some rest.
  3. Now we make filling take a mixture put some coriander leaves add all masalas and grind it.
  4. Now take a kadai add some oil put besan in oil mix it well then add masala which we grind again mix then add potatoes.
  5. Then add all masalas like salt,red chilli powder, tarmaric powder garam masala mix it well and mash with a masher our filling is ready
  6. Now take some portion of dough roll it like small poori than take same portion of filling put in between the poori pack it like this.
  7. Now roll this Ball lightly with hands or roller then heat the oil not more heat put katchori in medium heat oil on low flame don't tarn it again and again when it comes up then turn it fry up to golden brown.
  8. Ready to serve crispy yummy katchori
