The bulk of the work comes before you ever put one molecule of anything in the pan. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Stir in hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce until blended. Add water chestnuts, green onions and oil; heat through. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger until smooth; set aside. Unfortunately, I didn't taste any of the ginger in the pork.
