- Layer cake or cookies or anything that you like as base to the bottom of the glass
- Then pour chia seeds (soaked in coconut milk) on the top of base, then pour Avocado milk shake layer.
- In between you can add Papayas or any other your favorite fruits cuts.& it is ready !
I used some Chia Seeds as well. To make my smoothie sweet, I used Dates, you can always use honey or dates if you like your smoothie more sweet.
