Throw in red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, coriander powder, salt, and sugar. Saute the mix for a minute.   2. Start adding little water and knead stiff dough. Put 1 tsp oil and knead it cover it and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
  3. After an 1/2 hour. Take the dough and make 4 equal parts. Take rolling pin roll all parts as big roti. Keep it on cloth
  4. Put pan/kadhai on medium flame. Put oil for frying. Once the oil gets hot. Cut rolled Rotis in sticks(rectangular) shape. Fry it in golden colour.
  5. Take it out in plate sprinkle the masala and keep aside too cool. Once it gets cool keep it in an airtight container and enjoy.
