- In a bowl take gram flour, now add all dry species, curd & oil. Now mix all well, now add methi bhaji in flour & mix well. Then keep aside for 10- 15 minutes.
- In a pan heat oil, now put small ball shape into oil & fry till it's turn brown in colour.
- Now it's ready, served gota with curd & onion.
Dakor na Gota is world famous besan fritters sold near famous Dakor temple's at Gomti ghat. The preparation of this gota is different and is served with curd..
