Mix everything thoroughly so that all the species are mixed well with the flour. Grease your hands with a tsp of oil and knead the dough well. Theplas are also thinner as compared to the Parathas. In thepla, methi leaves are chopped and kneaded in the dough itself, whereas Parathas are prepared by filling it with stuffing.
