- After 15-20 minutes, it's almost tender and soft. Now's the turn to add in the rest of the ingredients except the last one. Mix well and cook further for about 5 minutes on a high heat. Keep stirring it until the Sugar melts and Ghee starts leaving the sides.
- Keep a watchful eye on it. Stirring is important so that it does not stick to the bottom and also the Halwa gets a proper bit of roasting that gives it an actual amazing flavour. It's done in almost 30-35 minutes. Garnish with slivered Almonds and Pistachios. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
