- Take one medium size of chapati dough,roll it in a size of puri,add in stuffing and bring all edges together and press it.Now softly roll it into paratha.Now add it onto a pan and roast on both sides applying ghee.Aloo paratha is all ready to serve with curd,green chilli pickle and mango pickle.I love them with ranch too.Enjoy hot.
