Puree beets in blender until smooth. Blend flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, ginger and salt. Fold flour mixture and orange rind into batter, mixing well. Turn batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Instructions to make Beet bread:
  1. Take beets in pressure cooker and cook until 2-3 whistles.
  2. Now peel and cut beet. Add in a mixer jar and add vinegar to it. Grind till smooth paste.
  3. Now take 2 tbsp warm water add sugar and yeast. Mix and rest for 2 minutes.
  4. Take a big bowl add flour,milk powder,salt and oregano to it.
  5. Add beetroot paste and yeast mixture to it and knead a smooth and soft dough by adding the required water.
  6. Keep dough in warm place for an hour to prove or double in size.
  7. Now take dough in a baking mould and sprinkle sesame over it.Again keep on rest for another 10 minutes.
  8. Now preheat oven at 220℃ for 10 minutes and bake bread for 25 minutes on both rods mode.bread is ready to eat.cut it after 10 minutes or cool down.
