- Prepare medium sized cabbage chopped
- Take chopped onions
- Get grated carrots
- Get grated beetroot
- Take chopped flowers of cauliflower

- Get ginger garlic paste
- Take chopped green chillies
- Get handfull of spring onion leaves

- Make ready All purpose flour
- Make ready Chicken Masala powder
- Take onion and capsicum chopped in cubes
- Prepare garlic and green chillies chopped
Air fried/Baked mixed vegetable balls smothered with spicy Indo-Chinese gravy. Veg Manchurian is an Indo-Chinese street food from India. It is very very popular and insanely delicious. Serve and garnish with spring onion.
Instructions to make Veg Manchurian:
- Wash the vegetables mentioned above and chop them as finely as you can.
- Now add red chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, half tspn of all the sauces, chicken masala powder to it. Add 8-10 tspn of all purpose flour and 2 tspn of arrowroot powder. Gradually pour water and turn the veggies to a fine doe. Make sure the doe isn't sticky.
- Make small balls from the doe prepared and keep them aside. Now take a pan and add a good qnty of oil to fry the balls
- Deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown. They will look alike as shown in the picture below. I used them as starters in my get together party.
- Similary fry all the balls and keep them aside. Now take out all the extra oil from the pan leaving behind just 2-3 tsps. Add chopped garlic, green chillies, onion and capsicum and stir them for a couple of minutes on a highflame.
- Take a bowl and add 1 tspn of arrowroot powder to it. Add hlf glass of water, 1/2 tspn of all the sauces to make a mixture.
- Now pour this mixture to the pan and add 1/2 tspn of balck pepper powder and bring it to a boil. Now add all the balls to the pan and mix it well.
- Now take out the manchurians in a serving plate and garnish them using spring onion leaves. They are ready to serve.

Tips: Do not use grated cabbage as it releases more moisture and you will have to add more maida. You can add finely chopped chillies instead of chili flakes in Manchurian balls mixture.
