  1. Take a big bowl. Add greated cabbage and capsicum.
  2. Cut the veges. Garlic greens. Chop the green chillies.
  3. Add half of garlic and chilies to the greated veges. Add both the flour. Add salt and make a mixture for Manchurian balls.
  4. Heat oil and fry all the balls. Keep it aside.
  5. Now take a pan add 2 TBS oil. Add diced onion and green capsicum. Saute for 2 mins.
  6. Add chopped garlic and chilies. Add all the three sauces. Take a bowl and mix cornflour with water. Add this mixture to the veges. Stair it nicely. Add the Manchurian balls. Mix it well.
  7. Decorate with spring onion greens. Serve hot.
